Job Overview

Maven Clinic is a leading virtual clinic for women and families, dedicated to making healthcare accessible to all. Our award-winning digital programs provide comprehensive support for fertility & family building, maternity & newborn care, parenting & pediatrics, and menopause & midlife.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Enterprise Sales Director to join our Employer Sales team on the West Coast, specifically in SF, LA, Seattle, and Denver. In this role, you will drive end-to-end sales processes for mid-sized and large employers, creating market demand, developing prospect and buyer level strategies, and architecting deals that drive revenue and position Maven Clinic for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Create market demand by evangelizing Maven Clinic's value proposition with passion, credibility, and data-driven insights
  • Develop a detailed plan to meet individual targets and drive a robust pipeline through outreach and partnerships with Sales Development and Channel teams
  • Secure meetings with HR buyers, from C-level audiences to regional contacts, using creativity and persistence
  • Effectively position Maven Clinic's value proposition based on a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, technology, and individual buyer needs
  • Assess buyers and build persona-appropriate approaches to bring value to each interaction
  • Drive and achieve sales goals, managing the entire end-to-end sales process
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into HR or similar functions within large employers (>10K employees)
  • Exceptional sales performance history, confirmed through documentation and references
  • Experience leading complex deal end-to-end sales processes
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to travel ~25% of the month
  • Strong organizational skills, including Salesforce management and follow-up coordination
  • Detailed knowledge of the healthcare system and digital health space, including industry and competitive trends
  • Growth mindset thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year. You will also be eligible for commission, stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
