Your Role
You will take on a high-visibility, high-impact role as a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product. In this position, you will be instrumental in expanding patient access to quality mental healthcare, helping patients find the right care at the right time, and directly advancing Spring Health's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch go-to-market features that empower providers to expand their reach and improve discoverability with prospective clients.
- Create patient-centered discovery tools that guide patients to providers who best match their specific needs, supporting therapeutic alliance and clinical outcome.
- Identify key pain points for providers in managing caseloads and client acquisition, while understanding the challenges patients face when seeking mental healthcare.
- Own and drive conversion goals across the patient sign-up funnel, running rapid experiments to test hypotheses and scaling successful initiatives for maximum impact.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and optimize the success of GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a successful track record of delivering impactful products, ideally within or adjacent to the healthcare industry.
- Experience building and scaling marketplace products that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of product design principles and ability to work closely with Product Design teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range: $172,400 - $215,500.
