**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Valid Food Handlers card and ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate (preferred)
