Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide quality care to our patients and residents, working closely with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the medical staff
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
