We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team at the University of Georgia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular and renal physiology and pharmacology, and will be responsible for developing and utilizing mathematical models to investigate open research questions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and utilize mathematical models of cardiovascular and renal physiology and pharmacology
- Work with industry sponsor to apply modeling to investigate open research questions
- Write manuscripts and other scholarly works
- Mentor graduate and undergraduate lab members
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as physiology, pharmacology, or biomedical engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills, are essential for this position.
