Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Technician to join our team in Macon, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing vibration, ultrasound, and IR data to support our clients' asset management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze vibration, ultrasound, and IR data to identify potential issues and optimize equipment performance
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement condition monitoring strategies
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on predictive maintenance best practices
- Contribute to the development of new condition monitoring technologies and methodologies
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
- High aptitude for learning and applying knowledge
- Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Category 2 or higher vibration certification (training provided for the right candidate)
Preferred Qualifications
- Equipment maintenance and repair skills
- Preventive maintenance knowledge
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
