Job Title: Vibration Analyst

At Allied Reliability, we are seeking a skilled Vibration Analyst to join our team. As a Vibration Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing vibration, ultrasound, and IR data to ensure the optimal performance of our clients' assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze vibration, ultrasound, and IR data to identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities
  • Provide expert guidance on vibration analysis and condition monitoring best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
  • High aptitude for learning and applying knowledge
  • Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment for extended periods
  • Vibration category 2 or higher certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Equipment maintenance and repair skills
  • Preventive maintenance knowledge
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in maintenance practices
