Reliability Engineering Associate Manager
Job Summary:Graphic Packaging International is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Associate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and leadership of predictive maintenance efforts at our mill. You will work closely with maintenance teams, operations leadership, and reliability engineers to analyze data, determine best practices, and provide QAQC support to drive continued improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct predictive maintenance contractors responsible for vibration data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Support union employees in the lubrication department.
- Coordinate with onsite mechanical integrity contractors.
- Analyze equipment trends and historical data to recommend and justify repairs to reduce equipment downtime.
- Determine how process variation and equipment operation can impact equipment reliability.
- Promote consistency by standardizing procedures and operations within area of responsibility.
- Support capital projects by participating in setting equipment criteria and specifications to optimize equipment/system reliability and life cycle cost.
- Participate on production shutdown teams, providing input into needed equipment inspection and repair procedures.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years relevant experience or High School diploma with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Accredited Vibration Certification of a Level 2 or higher.
- Accredited Ultrasound Level 1 Certification - Complete within 1 Year of Hire Date.
- Lubrication MLA/MLT 1 Certification - Complete within 1 Year of Hire Date.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable Predictive and Preventative Maintenance technologies.
- Experience with SKF Aptitude Analyst Software and Data Collection Devices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
The Reliability Engineering Associate Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying temperatures, indoor and outdoor conditions, and frequent moving and vibration. The position requires the ability to wear personal protective equipment and work at a computer and other administrative tasks.
