Caregiver Instructor for Day Program

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Day Program Instructor to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a Day Program Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement daily routines and activities that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our clients.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with vocational activities and provide guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.
- Participate in client assessment, planning, and evaluation processes to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and supportive environment for our clients.
- 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a California Driver's License.
- Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including a background check.
- Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & Year 2) or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
