Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Ambassador to join our team at Orange Theory. As a Fitness Ambassador, you will be the face of our studio, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Engage with Members: Welcome and interact with members, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Studio Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and responding to member inquiries.
  • Studio Tours: Conduct tours of the studio, showcasing our facilities and services.
  • Member Onboarding: Work with trainers to guide new members through their first Orange Theory workout.
  • Sales and Retention: Sell memberships and promote our services to existing and potential members.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in marketing and outreach events to build relationships with the community.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for members.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with members and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for fitness and customer service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve studio goals and objectives.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer software and technology, including phone systems and point-of-sale systems.
