Additionally, this person will be responsible for creating and following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase participation with events and product subscriptions, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments with senior sales staff. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with clients, goldsmith, and/or the jewelry designer.
  • Manage and follow-up with client list via the dedicated CRM, as well as using the CRM for customer journey mapping.
  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Embody the Jackson Hole Jewelry Co.’s value propositions to all clients.
  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.
  • Engage with clients understanding their needs and recommending products as appropriate, in addition to conducting client consultations for custom design options.
  • Attend and service our clients at events as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and the show floor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • GED or high school diploma
  • 5+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and fine craftsmanship preferred
  • Experience with Shopify preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
