Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Legal & Compliance team with drafting, reviewing, and organizing documents.
- Participate in the administration and management of the company's legal contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Support the maintenance and updating of compliance manuals and related documentation.
- Conduct research on regulatory and transactional legal matters, preparing reports and summaries for the Legal & Compliance team.
- Assist with the preparation and finalization of legal documents, including agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate on special legal projects as assigned, including assisting with transactional matters such as securitizations or loan acquisitions.
- Support administrative tasks such as coordinating signatures, preparing presentations, flow charts, and managing digital files.
- Current law student, preferably with a focus on transactional law.
- Strong interest in compliance, real estate law, corporate finance, or capital markets.
- Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team.
- High attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Eagerness to contribute ideas and engage in problem-solving.
