Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced corporate recruiter to join our HR team and assist in identifying and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting or human resources, with strong knowledge of hiring and onboarding practices.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage all stages of the recruitment process to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Partner with the HR team to develop recruitment processes, strategies, and communication, including helping select and implement an ATS, as well as creating job and interview guides for company roles.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs for each position, identifying accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and apply effective recruiting methods and strategies based on each role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with effective negotiation skills.
- Skilled in developing and executing sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative.
- Strong time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Knowledgeable about employment laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems or able to quickly learn new recruitment software.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a company match.
