Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality Java software applications, following industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure that code meets quality and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Java software development, with a strong focus on object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficiency in Java programming languages, including Java 8 and later versions.
  • Experience with Java frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git and SVN.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, including relational and non-relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Experience with containerization, using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including secure coding and threat modeling.
