Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including email, Slack, and social media
  • Identify customer needs and provide assistance with specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions
  • Update internal databases with customer interactions
  • Identify and report technical issues
  • Share customer feature requests with Product and Marketing teams
  • Inform customers about new features and functionality
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on financial customer experience
  • Experience using customer service platforms, including reporting and navigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assess issue severity and escalate as needed
  • Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor
