Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including email, Slack, and social media
- Identify customer needs and provide assistance with specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Update internal databases with customer interactions
- Identify and report technical issues
- Share customer feature requests with Product and Marketing teams
- Inform customers about new features and functionality
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on financial customer experience
- Experience using customer service platforms, including reporting and navigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assess issue severity and escalate as needed
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor
