Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of developmental disabilities and be able to implement program intervention strategies as written.

Responsibilities include:

* Implementing program intervention strategies plans as written
* Providing group and individual therapy
* Taking, recording, and monitoring data
* Ensuring safety of consumers
* Adhering to all company standards, policies and procedures

Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED
* One year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
* CPR and First Aid certification
* Ability to lift participants as needed, physically assist in activities of daily living, pull and push a wheelchair, get in and out of the homes of participants
