Caregiver Support Specialist

Clarvida - Idaho is seeking a skilled Respite Care Provider to join our team. As a Respite Care Provider, you will work within our community-based program, providing services to clients at home and in the community. This service provides temporary relief to parents/guardians/primary care takers for youth and adolescents with behavioral health diagnoses and/or severe emotional disturbances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respite care services to clients in their homes and in the community.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- First Aid/CPR Certified.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
- Active Family Support Certification; OR valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active car insurance.
