Public Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Public Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at Miramar Health Center in Kennewick. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to patients living with HIV.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage the health of patients living with HIV, including administering medications and providing emotional support.
- Conduct wellness activities and plan care to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy behaviors and disease management.
- Coordinate services and advocate for patients to ensure they receive comprehensive care.
- Manage crises and provide ongoing support to patients and their families.
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
- WA state RN license (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- CPR & BLS Certification.
- Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) welcomed.
- Knowledge of established professional nursing concepts, procedures, and medication uses and effects.
- Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- $40.45-$49.56/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.
- Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance for candidates relocating more than 50 miles.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus & $2,000 bonus at 12 months of employment.
