Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $17-$21.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a great base rate, we provide shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts and daily pay options.


Job Duties

As a skilled nursing assistant at Carespring, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct care to our patients, including assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) as outlined in individual care plans
  • Collaborating with the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery
  • Documenting patient information in our electronic medical record system

You will have the opportunity to work flexible schedules, including 4, 8, and 12 hour shifts, and enjoy a clean and well-equipped work environment. We prioritize providing high-quality care and strive to create a supportive and inclusive team atmosphere.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the state's eligible requirements for STNA certification and possess a genuine interest in working with elderly individuals. You should be able to interact comfortably with residents, staff, and families and provide feedback to support individualized care plans.
