Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Agent to join our team at Indigo Real Estate. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, ensuring maximum occupancy and resident retention.
  • Coordinate and conduct property tours, prepare lease and lease renewal documentation, and assist with resident/community events and gatherings.
  • Timely and accurately record required data using Yardi Property Management software, prepare and generate documents and reports, and manage routine processes and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager and other team members to support property marketing strategies and coordinate updates to advertisements and listings.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with lease-up/property launch goals and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in affordable housing/LIHTC multi-family property preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills, with the ability to set priorities and multitask with a strong attention to detail.
