Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Houseperson to join our team at The St. Regis Houston. As a Banquet Houseperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment
  • Transport supplies and materials as needed
  • Stock bars and action stations with food and beverages
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including loading and unloading equipment and supplies
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 75 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
