About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pool Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at America's Swimming Pool Co. - Williamson County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a swimming pool route, ensuring timely and efficient cleaning of swimming pools each week.
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing.
  • Stock and manage chemicals on the truck, adjusting water chemistry for each pool as needed.
  • Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment or enhance the customer experience with additional products.
  • Participate in renovations, including re-plastering, tile replacement/repair, deck texture/seal, and pavers install/repair.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Licensed in one of the following (if applicable to your state): Florida (CPC), Texas (Appliance License), California (D35).
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school degree.
  • Certified Pool Operator License.
