Position Overview:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will deliver comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals experiencing challenges with speech, language, or swallowing. Your role will encompass both inpatient and outpatient care, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of treatment tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients, families, and staff about speech and language disorders and their management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited program recognized by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
