About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises and grounds to ensure the security and safety of patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and investigate incidents, including disturbances, security breaches, and safety hazards.
  • Access Control: Control access to hospital facilities and enforce parking regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with hospital staff, patients, and visitors to ensure a smooth and secure environment.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in security and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in security or a related field.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license in the state of practice and proof of driver's insurance.
