We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rooms Set Up/Banquet House Person. This full-time position involves setting up meeting and event rooms with tables, chairs, equipment, and other necessary items. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to read banquet event orders, and have physical stamina to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up meeting and event rooms according to banquet event orders
  • Retrieve and arrange necessary items, including tables, chairs, and equipment
  • Assist in the dining room during lunch service, taking drink orders and helping waitstaff
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the room is supplied with necessary equipment
