We are a rapidly growing, locally owned, and operated full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise with over 100 locations nationwide. Our mission is to deliver 5-star service every step of the way from initial phone inquiry, home visit, inspection and estimate, scheduling, timeliness, installation, follow-up, and ongoing support and service.

Job Description

As a General Manager of our South Shore location, this role is the primary integrator for the organization, listening closely to the owners vision and mapping out a plan to achieve it. The GM brings creative roadmaps to the owner, including detailed plans for achieving the annual and long-term plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations and develop and implement growth strategies
  • Train low-level managers and staff, create and manage budgets, and improve revenue
  • Ensure the annual plan is executed, KPIs met, and adherence to the budget
  • Hire employees, set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits
  • Evaluate performance and productivity, analyze accounting and financial data, and ensure work is completed accurately, completely, and on time
  • Generate reports and give presentations, maintain an organized workflow and process using company CRM
Communication
  • Maintain regular communication with the owner, staff, and field personnel, working cooperatively to develop methods and systems that are most effective for growing the business
  • Maintain company reputation of integrity and professionalism by professionally communicating with customers, being punctual for appointments, returning phone calls promptly, etc
  • Assure that all necessary information about jobs is communicated to crew leaders as necessary
  • Maintain open communication with crew leaders to remain knowledgeable of jobs and teams
