Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and janitorial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as scrubbing machines and extractors, to maintain floors and surfaces.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving furniture and equipment.
  • Report any facility repairs or maintenance needs to management.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of general janitorial experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment.
