Job Summary

Wendy's is seeking a Crew Member to join our team As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.
  • Prepare food to order, including cooking, assembling, and packaging.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
