Essential Qualifications

  • CFM Certification is advantageous
  • Proficient in HEC software, XP-SWMM, EPA SWMM, and other pertinent applications
  • Background in flood damage reduction and mitigation initiatives
  • Strong technical acumen in water resources engineering
  • Capable of managing and executing analyses for water resource initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and specifications
  • GIS proficiency is a bonus

Educational Background

  • Professional Engineer license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 6 years of relevant project experience
  • Capacity to grow the water resources practice
  • Solid understanding of flood warning systems
  • Awareness of local design regulations and standards
