Job Description

This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $$95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in respiratory therapy or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
