Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Region Maintenance Manager to lead our Hauling Operations Fleet Maintenance team in the MidSouth Region. This role will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the maintenance of approximately 2,200 hauling operations vehicles across 34 district locations in six states.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and train Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, and Mechanics to ensure adherence to our safety standards and company culture.
  • Instill accountability and collaboration among site personnel across all levels.
  • Conduct regular audits and site visits to identify trends and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with Division, Region, and Corporate personnel to drive business results.
  • Assist in financial planning and budget formulation to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and analyze maintenance metrics to maximize equipment reliability and control variable costs.
  • Manage third-party relationships, including contract reviews and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet maintenance and repairs of refuse trucks and equipment.
  • Excellent teambuilding and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, budget, schedule, and supervise multiple projects from concept to completion.
