Position Title: Senior Retrofit Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful execution of all project components.
  • Prepare and manage monthly financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and financial targets.
  • Direct overall contract operations, including coordination of meetings, project scope, scheduling, client relations, cost management, procurement, staffing, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Assess and enhance project efficiency while controlling operational costs in line with budgetary and contractual standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to project staff.
  • Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal resources.
  • Advise client personnel on construction-related issues and challenges.
  • Guide project coordinators in the procurement of materials and services.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for project correspondence and reports.
  • Foster a strong safety culture aligned with company values and comply with all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in HVAC, plumbing, or building management controls.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management within General Trades.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued between $500,000 and $5 million.
  • Strong understanding of proposal submissions, work scopes, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and direct all phases of renovation or new construction projects.
  • Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in leading teams and adapting to shifting priorities.
