JOB OVERVIEW

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing well operations, including gas lifted wells, electrical submersible pumps (ESPs), three-phase separation, gas compression, and performing minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating machinery.

WORK AUTHORIZATION
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and log operational data, check and test gauges, and conduct minor repairs on equipment.
  • Prepare for and execute maintenance tasks, including taking readings, conducting rounds, issuing work permits, and following established procedures.
  • Proactively assess well and equipment performance, taking necessary actions to enhance production levels.
  • Collaborate with support teams to optimize chemical injection rates based on production metrics.
  • Engage with Engineering for data collection and analysis.
  • Maintain records of compression testing data.
  • Conduct fluid level measurements using echo meters.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Provide both technical and administrative support as needed.
  • Experience with chemical handling and oil treatment processes.
  • General understanding of systems, terminology, and procedures pertinent to the role.
  • Capable of performing routine tasks effectively.
  • Adept at problem-solving and making informed decisions.
