Key Responsibilities- Drive strategic process improvement initiatives to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
- Manage complex projects and solve difficult problems related to finance and revenue cycle
- Perform administrative tasks, including executive correspondence, research, and project management
- Oversee payer relations issues across the enterprise, compiling impacted claims and facilitating resolutions
- Provide analytic support to RCO leadership on staffing, revenue opportunity, denial reporting, productivity, and financial analysis
- A/A degree in Healthcare or related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification (or within 6 months of hire)
- Project Management certification (within 6 months of hire)
- A minimum of 5 years of direct healthcare project management experience with a focus on revenue cycle, billing, finance, and IT
