Position Overview:

The Lead Laboratory Medical Technologist plays a crucial role in overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient specimen analysis and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the Laboratory Director, manage patient specimen testing and uphold quality control measures.
  • Conduct a diverse range of chemical, microscopic, and bacteriological tests to generate vital data for disease diagnosis and treatment.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Medical Technology.
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP, AMT, NCA, HEW) is required.
  • Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a laboratory setting.
