Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support and consulting for the CommandCentral AWARE system and its interfaces.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workflows, procedures, and overall system performance.
  • Support SOP creation, process discovery, and inter-jurisdictional data sharing, both virtually and on-site.
  • Collaborate with customers' vendors to connect and integrate data points within the CommandCentral AWARE setup.
  • Perform system diagnostics, conduct performance checks, and carry out root-cause analyses to recommend and implement system improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize operations, troubleshoot critical issues, and enhance system capabilities.
  • Manage and integrate various data inputs into the system to ensure comprehensive and effective use.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) products such as Genetec, Milestone, Axis, or Avigilon.
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS and QGIS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux Server (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu), VMware, and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and PRTG.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Understanding of SIEMs, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security monitoring software.
  • Experience with CAD Systems (Tyler Technologies, Spillman), RMS Systems (SunGard, Spillman), MDT Software (Client, Carbyne), and 9-1-1 Call Handling.
