As a Technical Project Lead for EUV NPI Products, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective delivery and execution of projects, aligning with operational goals. You will also provide support to the Customer Support Organization, fulfilling ASML's business objectives and commitments to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective deployment plans for projects, addressing issues promptly.
  • Facilitate the initiation of project teams, ensuring they are well-prepared for their tasks.
  • Align project leaders and regional champions through consistent management reporting and interaction, with support from project sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, proactively removing obstacles and escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, management, or a related field is required.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in leadership roles is preferred.
  • Experience in managing programs and projects is essential; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
