  • Perform security walks and ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as accounting or hospitality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
