Become a pivotal member of the ProspHire team as a Healthcare Consulting Senior Manager and harness your capabilities as a transformative leader in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will take charge of various client projects, steering the strategic direction of the firm. Additionally, you will work closely with our healthcare clients, addressing their most pressing challenges related to personnel, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring senior-level client stakeholders are aligned with our proposed strategies. You will expertly manage timelines, resources, and guarantee the delivery of superior results within deadlines.
  • Convert intricate information into engaging documentation and presentations, showcasing your refined communication abilities. You will keep senior management informed with regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns and identifying potential risks.
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. You will identify business opportunities by crafting persuasive proposals and leading pursuit teams, consistently surpassing sales and revenue objectives.
  • Effectively manage engagement risks, budgets, and resource distribution, both within the Firm and with our clients.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in the healthcare sector, utilizing your expertise to foster innovation and enhance our service offerings.
  • Share your insights and experience by mentoring junior team members, conducting performance evaluations, and actively contributing to our recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Firm's Leadership Team, embodying our esteemed reputation through strong professional relationships at all organizational levels.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is essential, while a Master's degree in healthcare or an MBA is highly desirable.
  • You should possess extensive professional experience, with over 10 years in the Health Plans, Life Sciences, or Provider industry. A combination of industry experience and consulting at the managerial level or higher is a distinct advantage.
  • Certification as a PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt will distinguish you from other candidates.
  • Prior consulting experience is mandatory.
  • As ProspHire serves clients nationwide, a willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, if required, is essential.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary.
