We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Pearl River Resort. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, following established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and culinary concepts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in a culinary operation, preferably in a full-service hotel or restaurant.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
The Line Cook will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
