Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Pearl River Resort. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.

Requirements
