Key Responsibilities- Customer Service:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their self-storage needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide excellent face-to-face customer service, building rapport and ensuring a 5-star experience.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics by effectively promoting our services and products.
- Conduct regular property walks to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
- Work independently and as part of a team to rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, and process payments.
- Property Maintenance:
- Perform daily property walks to ensure cleanliness and safety, including cleaning units and the property.
- Open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs.) and maintain facility grounds, including mopping, sweeping, and changing light bulbs.
- Ensure the facility meets company guidelines for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays and have a valid driver's license with insurance and access to reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
$17.00 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
