Job Overview

Position Title: Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Identify intricate opportunities and deficiencies across various product and service features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess potential, outline solution alternatives, and recommend a strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Business and Software Engineering teams to devise technical solutions across diverse feature domains. Recognize risks and suggest data-driven mitigation strategies.
  • Develop epics, features, and user stories derived from the technical solutions, preparing them for the development team.
  • Establish success criteria for the implementation of features within complex cross-departmental projects.
  • Execute the roadmap for multiple feature teams, monitor project timelines, formulate staging and implementation strategies, and oversee compliance and governance elements.
  • Promote continuous enhancements by validating use cases and crafting test cases from the ground up.
  • Engage with other departments to gather performance and quality metrics related to the work.
  • Preferred background includes experience in AI/ML or software development.

This role is fully remote.
