Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our employment law team, you will provide critical support to our attorneys in the preparation and presentation of cases involving employment disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, and civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Support: Assist attorneys in the preparation and presentation of cases, including filing pleadings, managing attorney calendars, drafting legal documents, and preparing legal applications, declarations, and motions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including screening initial callers, scheduling intake appointments, building and maintaining files, and coordinating law office activities.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct legal and factual research, perform records research, and review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven history of success as a Litigation Paralegal, with experience in eFiling and managing attorney calendars.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
