Job Title: Compliance Director

Victorian Senior Care is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to oversee the Corporate Compliance Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and a proven track record of ensuring organizational compliance with rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Compliance Policies: Create and maintain policies and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct within the organization.
  • Manage Compliance Program: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Compliance Program and ensure that all compliance issues are properly evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, and Human Resources to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Investigate and Resolve Compliance Issues: Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
  • Provide Compliance Guidance: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop corrective action plans to resolve problematic issues.
  • Communicate Compliance Progress: Provide regular reports to the Corporate Compliance Committee on the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Licensed Assisted Living Administrator and/or at least 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organization skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to read, write, and understand directions.
  • Clearances: Must have no substantiated findings on the NC Personnel Registry or Health Care Program, a clear SBI and DMV record, and a valid NC driver's license.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
