Position Overview

Earl Stewart Toyota is in search of a dedicated and skilled Window Tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF) Specialist. This role involves the precise installation of window tint and paint protection film on both new and sold vehicles. Compensation starts at a minimum of $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in the installation of window tint and paint protection film.
  • Ensure installations meet dealership and manufacturer standards and timeframes.
  • Deliver high-quality work independently, without constant supervision.
  • Utilize computer and plotter systems for tint and PPF applications.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to guarantee consistent, high-quality installations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to minimize exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Thrive in a dynamic work environment with varying schedules.
  • Technical school background is advantageous.
  • Possess at least one year of experience as a specialized tint technician in the automotive sector.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow established processes for quality and safety.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Capable of reading and understanding written instructions.
  • General mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles.
  • Manual dexterity and sound judgment in using power and hand tools.
