We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll/HR Generalist to support our team at McGrath Arlington Kia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll accurately and efficiently
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll and HR regulations
  • Supporting new employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Filing employment-related paperwork and records

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience as a Payroll Specialist
  • Proficiency in Dealertrack and Netchex
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience handling payroll for large teams
  • Education or certification in HR or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of software platforms and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $28.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental, health, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
