RN - Emergency Unit (Night Shift)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Unit team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, providing individualized care and treatment plans.
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as required.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, utilizing sound nursing judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel, maintaining standards of professional nursing and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program, with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree conferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with a strong foundation in quality concepts and principles.
