The Transition Alliance Program (TAP) Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating and overseeing transition services tailored for high school students and young adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Service Coordination:**
- Plan and manage the delivery of transition services.
- Collaborate with Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services and other stakeholders.

2. **Student Support:**
- Guide students interested in further education and career paths.
- Develop and implement individual transition plans for students with disabilities.

3. **Instruction and Assessment:**
- Create tailored instructional programs based on individual needs.
