Job Summary:

The Client Services Manager plays a vital role in supporting Financial Advisors in the sales and service of investment, fiduciary, and insurance products through a full-service brokerage and RIA platform. This position is responsible for assisting in the achievement of sales revenue goals through customer contact, relationship building, and ongoing support of business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and provide solutions to clients and process client transition requests, including the purchase and selling of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
  • Collaborate with QCIC Representatives to develop and implement a marketing plan.
  • Coordinate all seminars, customer communications, and customer appreciation events.
  • Provide administrative support to various team members.
  • Facilitate all aspects of operations, including processing orders, processing checks, opening accounts, maintaining files, account transfers, taking notes in our CRM.
  • Support and track required compliance processes and tasks.
  • Communicate with customers on trades and a variety of client service items.
  • Maintain customer contact systems, newsletters, customer mailings, correspondence, marketing materials, customer notes, and follow-up calls.
  • Prepare financial reports, asset allocations, and customer reviews.
  • Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements applicable to this position.
  • Foster and preserve a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to support our mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of financial product sales/service experience.
  • Previous customer experience with the capability to collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and professional manner.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of the Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently on assigned projects.
  • Capability to interpret and analyze financial information.
  • Licenses/Certifications must be obtained within 6 months of employment. Employee must obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses, then be eligible to share in team commissions and fees.
  • Interest and/or desire to grow within the position and support the overall growth of our Wealth Management Division.
Working Conditions:
  • Duties are performed in a professional office environment.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer with heavy phone-based client interaction.
